These gabardine trousers are sewn and finished by local dressmakers close to our headquarters. The fabric and inserts are made of organic certified cotton, while the stitching yarn is made of TENCEL™ Lyocell, a fibre from responsibly managed eucalyptus forests produced by Lenzing AG. The buttons at the waist, made of recycled post-consumer hemp (on a zero-waste perspective) and a small percentage of recycled polyester, are purchased from a supplier who has joined Greenpeace’s Detox campaign to eliminate harmful substances from production. The elastic on the back of the trousers is 74% recycled post-consumer polyester and 26% natural rubber. TENCEL™ is a trademark of Lenzing AG.
